My recommendations are based on nutritional and healthful research, which supports life, and prevents disease and illness. Not quick fixes, fads, or short cut methods, which usually only last for a short time, if at all, and typically lead to other dangerous, and unhealthy practices or results. Just like exercise, everybody’s body is unique, and responds differently to the foods and nutrients we supply the body. Finding the proper foods to support life, healthy muscle tissue growth and repair, strength development and maintenance, endurance, and other systems, is always unique to the individual. The process for discovery is through scientific, thoughtful awareness at all times of what and how we feed our bodies.
